Devonport Tasmanian are looking for a Mental Health RN to work Hospital in the Home.

Dates: ASAP to 17/10/25

Brief Role Description:
The Y-HITH program is a new and small service operating within the NW region providing intensive home-based treatment for young people who are having an acute episode of a mental health illness, as well as supporting their family and significant others. The Y-HiTH program is a hospital avoidance program, understanding that when a young person is mentally unwell, they can be supported to receive treatment at home rather than at hospital. The program also aims to reduce the duration of any hospital admissions.

Essential Requirements:
• Mental Health experience is essential (preferably experience working with young people).
• Registration with AHPRA.
• Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
