Skilled Medical's booth at RACMA 2023
The Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) hosted its annual flagship event, the RACMA Conference, from 11–13 October 2023 at the Cordis Hotel in Auckland, New Zealand, with a hybrid format allowing both in-person and online participation. Centred on the theme “Leadership in Action”, the program featured three key subthemes—Equity in Action, Digital in Action, and Change in Action—reflecting critical priorities shaping the future of health leadership across Australia and New Zealand.
Skilled Medical was proud to host an exhibition booth at RACMA 2023. The event provided our team with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with medical administrators, employers, and professional candidates. By connecting with health leaders, decision-makers and potential candidates, we were able to share our expertise in medical recruitment, highlight our services, and gain valuable insights into the evolving challenges and opportunities in health workforce management.
